Our consistent mission is to bring the true Vietnam to the world. Aiming to promote sustainable tourism, we commit to:

Maintaining the authenticity of the destinations under the possibly negative impacts of tourism. We aim to preserve the local culture and lifestyles, minimize adverse effects on the environment and society, while supporting the local partners towards responsible tourism.
Treasure customers’ experiences and influence them to travel responsibly.
Cooperating closely with our suppliers to ensure the service standard offered to the customers is satisfactory and sustainable.

Commitment to Sustainability

This policy outlines our commitment to conducting our business in a sustainable and responsible manner. It describes our actions to:

Ensure the well-being of our staff and clients.
Optimize our company operations.
Minimize negative environmental impacts.
Promote sustainable cooperation with local suppliers and partners.

Starting from 2025, this policy will apply to all company operations, from management to operational level. We expect all staff, suppliers, and partners to support the objectives of this policy whenever possible and within available budget limits.

Although we cannot control the decisions of third parties, we will communicate our policy to them and encourage them to align their operational practices accordingly.

We are also committed to ensuring maximum transparency in our sustainability efforts. We will use the Travelife platform to report, monitor, and evaluate our progress, and communicate our performance (through the Travelife report) every two years. We are proud to be among the 13 Vietnamese companies that have achieved Travelife Partner recognition. This represents an important milestone in our sustainability journey. Our next objective is to achieve full Travelife certification, further strengthening our commitment to responsible tourism.
