Preferential Hiring

​We prefer to work with local tour leaders, local representatives, local tour guides, porters, drivers, cooks, and other local representatives in cases of equal ability, and we provide training as required.

Qualifications and Certification​

We ensure that all contracted tour leaders and tour guides have appropriate qualifications.

Fair Compensation​-

We have a wages policy for tour leaders, guides, and local representatives that is equal to or above the legal minimum or relevant industry standard.

Licensed and Qualified Guides​

We employ guides with the necessary licenses and appropriate professional qualifications for the type of tour, in compliance with local regulations.

Minimum Working Age

We only employ guides who meet the minimum legal working age requirements.

Guide Conduct and Customer Relations

We inform our guides about appropriate behaviors towards customers. In the event of customer complaints, the company will investigate and take appropriate measures.

Ongoing Training and Knowledge Provision

We provide internal training and necessary knowledge, including information on sustainable development, specific destinations, and effective customer service.

Client Briefing on Sustainability and Social Norms

We ensure our tour leaders, local representatives, and guides inform clients on relevant sustainability matters at the destination (e.g., protection of flora, fauna, and cultural heritage, responsible resource use), local social norms and values (e.g., tipping etiquette, dressing code, and photography guidelines), and human rights (e.g., prevention of sexual exploitation).
