  • Employees are entitled to the freedom of employment and to terminate the contract with notice periods and leave, adhering to current labor laws.

  • Labor conditions and a brief job description are included in the employment contract.

  • The wage rate is mentioned in the contract, equal to or above the regional legal wage.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Employees are compensated for overtime working hours as agreed.

  • The company complies with national minimum wage regulations for admission to employment.

  • Employees are supplied with medical insurance, health and safety policies in accordance with national regulations.

Leave and Time Off

  • Employees have fixed paid yearly holidays and sick leave and an unpaid annual leave allowance.

  • Employees are entitled to maternity leave during the period as the law regulates.

  • The company facilitates employees with short-term online and offline training courses and field tours.

  • The company creates opportunities for students to participate in an internship/apprenticeship.
